He has dedicated his career to integrating sustainability into the core strategies of corporations, private equity firms and startups — helping them drive both profitability and positive environmental and social impact.
With over 20 years of global experience, Arnaud has worked with Fortune 500 companies, investment funds and innovation hubs, spearheading initiatives in the circular economy, energy transition, AI-driven sustainability solutions and impact finance. His engagements include ENGIE, Michelin, Johnson & Johnson, Eurofins, Oracle, Tikehau Capital, EDB and Temasek, helping them navigate ESG regulation, CSRD compliance and sustainable business transformation.
He is the author of The 7 Principles of a Sustainable Company (Palgrave Macmillan), the framework that anchors every IRIS programme, and has developed pioneering methods to identify and quantify the environmental and social impacts of human activities. He is an adjunct professor at Singapore Management University and a guest lecturer at INSEAD, HEC Paris, SKEMA and CEDEP.
